This is held in December. It is a great family afternoon/evening with stalls and entertainment aplenty and Santa makes a guest appearance of course. There is a wonderful parade with many colourful floats and items, this is the largest community event on the local calendar

Held on the first Saturday of February every year at the show grounds in Paparoa. It is a typical country show with livestock, show jumping, trade stalls, a rodeo, sideshows, and fun rides. The hall is filled with indoor exhibits – fruit and vegetables, flowers, crafts, and creative displays. It is great fun for all the family.
